Happier, Healthier Living

How can practicing forgiveness lead to happier, healthier, more productive living?  We will explore this question in a straight-forward, real-world manner and provide suggestions and motivation for the journey ahead.  We also will look at Season of Forgiveness and what it offers today.

Forgiveness Explorations

Spend an hour exploring forgiveness - what it is, what it isn’t, and how people have improved their lives with it.  Explorations can be easily scheduled for almost any place at any time.  They are an ideal introduction for those wishing to take the first step into practicing forgiveness.

Four Conversations about Forgiveness

At the core of this effort is encouraging people to explore forgiveness.  The Fetzer Institute has developed leader and participant materials to guide small groups through four conversations on forgiveness.  These conversations use video clips, essays, discussion questions, and activities to guide individuals into a discovery of the power of forgiveness.
