Living with cancer brings its ups and downs. My last post was November 1. Since then, I’ve been preoccupied with work and health issues. I spent the week of Nov 14 in the hospital – two surgeries – to deal with a tumor on my spine. I’ll have radiation in the coming weeks to finish the job.
Four debates have come and gone, and the election is one week away. We’ve seen how the candidates present and discuss the issues and their positions. Now the conversation turns with earnest to the venues of public discourse. How shall we carry this conversation forward?
